Hi knitters!

Today you are going to knit cross herringbone stitch. You are going to have amazing garment with a lot of shape and an incredible zig-zag mosaic.

This technique is very easy even if it looks more complicated! Don’t worry about trying …most of the techniques in the knitting world that look difficult, end up to be simple to knit.

Choose your favorite yarn ball color on our website and let’s start your new WAK project!

Cast on a number of stitches multiple of 4 + 2 stitches.

Row 1: knit 2 stitches, *slip 2 stitches with the yarn in front, knit 2 stitches.* Repeat this scheme (*) until the end of the row.

Row 2: purl 1 stitch, * slip 2 stitches with the yarn behind, purl 2 stitches.* Repeat this scheme (*) until you have one stitch left and purl the stitch.

Row 3: slip 2 stitches with the yarn in front, *knit 2 stitches, slip 2 stitches with the yarn in front.* Repeat this scheme (*) until the end of the row.

Row 4: purl 3 stitches, *slip 2 stitches with the yarn behind, purl 2 stitches. *Repeat this scheme (*) until you have 3 stitches left, slip 2 stitches with the yarn behind and purl the last stitch.

Rows 5 to 12: repeat the steps on rows 1-4 twice.

Row 13: repeat row 3.

Row 14: repeat row 2.

Row 15: repeat row 1.

Row 16: repeat row 4.

Rows 17 to 24: repeat rows 13-16 twice.

Now you have the entire steps and the essential scheme to be able to knit the amazing cross Herringbone Stitch on your WAK garment.
